Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your e-mail box accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply select the email mailbox you would like to forward electronic mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else.
